This post is in partnership with L’Oréal Professionnel
By now, you may have already seen my Parisian trip back in March all over on my Instagram, but it doesn’t stop there. Here is an in-depth blog post of what really went down in one of my favorite cities. L’Oréal Professionnel celebrated its 110 year anniversary at the iconic Carrousel Du Louvre in Paris. On that occasion, hair artists, partners, and friends of the brand were gathered from all around the world, including international brand spokesperson Alexa Chung and the Scandic Hair Color Honeys! I’m thrilled and beyond grateful for this opportunity as L’Oréal is a brand that I admire and have been working with for years.
Before the big event, I got gifted a few hairstyling products from my L’Oréal family. I decided to try out the Tecni Art Ring Light spray for the very first time. It is supposed to work as a shine top coat, giving a “ring light” effect to the locks.
HOW TO USE
Spray all over the hair for a light shine. Apply several layers for a more dazzling look. Build it up just how you like it!
“La French, Art of Hair Coloring”
We stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera, a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Paris. Besides the friendly service and excellent location, my favorite part was the breathtaking architecture in the Le Petit Bar.
The morning after, we had a French breakfast followed by an educational presentation about the history of L’Oréal Professionnel as well as getting an introduction to the biggest trends and news in professional hair color, care, and styling.
After a fun presentation, the girls and I decided to explore Paris.
Sightseeing & lunch at the Hyatt Hotel.
Back at one of my favorite spots in Paris – The Louvre museum.
We just roamed around from one pat to another, enjoying the city of lights.
Dinner was at Monsieur Bleu, located within the Palais de Tokyo and just across from the Eiffel Tower.

If you didn’t have french fries in France, then were you really in France?
When you unintentionally match with the Eiffel Tower it’s obligatory to take a picture or two. Also, This vibrant floral dress is from Rodebjer.
On the last day, the L’Oréal team surprised us girls with a hairstyling session. For this look, I went a bit out of my comfort zone and had my hair glammed up a few notches. What do you think?
And then, lunch with the best team before heading back to Scandinavia. Thank you L’Oréal for having us, until next time!
Talk to you very soon, Tsumi
